Convenient ATM Locations Your H&R Block Emerald Prepaid MasterCard^® can be used at any ATM bearing the MasterCard^® brand. H&R Block Bank will charge a transaction fee of $1.95 per transaction in the U.S. and $2.50 per transaction outside of the U.S. when using your H&R Block Emerald Prepaid MasterCard^® at an ATM. Consult your Cardholder Agreement for additional information. Please be aware that some ATM owners also charge a fee for use of their ATMs in addition to the transaction fee stated above.
