Becky Shulman is Chief Financial Officer for H&R Block and is responsible for the company's Accounting, Corporate Tax, Internal Audit, and Business Planning and Analysis departments and the H&R Block Bank.
Becky joined H&R Block in 2001 as Vice President & Treasurer, responsible for the development of strategies to meet H&R Block's financial targets including managing the balance sheet, capital planning and allocation, investing and financing activities, and managing the company’s relationships with commercial bankers, investment bankers, credit rating agencies, and issuers of and investors in the company’s debt.
Prior to joining H&R Block, Shulman spent 10 years at U.S. Central Credit Union, a $40 billion financial institution, where she had served most recently as Chief Investment Officer from September 1998 until August 2001.
She earned an MBA at the University of Illinois and a BS from Eastern Illinois University.
